[SSRS] Add a clear button

可能安裝路徑如下，找 ReportViewer.aspx
C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSRS10_50.MSSQLSERVER\Reporting Services\ReportServer\Pages
(1)Body標籤，加入onload事件
(2)新增清除的觸發函式
